Our experts had a look at NailRejuv in our lab.

Initial Observations:

This is a white gel-like liquid topical designed for fungal nails. It has a shelf life of approximately three years.

Application:

We’ve done multiple trials of wearing it throughout the day. NailRejuv appeared to stay on the nail between applications. We observed the white gellatin forms a barrier (like a bandage) and a liquid layer below that on the nail. In our opinion this is extremely important as most topicals evaporate or run off the nail before the next application.

Wearing It:

It’s quite viscous but it does not run off nails. It tends to stick to the surface of the nail. On average it dried onto the nail within about 7 minutes*. Creates a plaster-like coating on the nail.

Through the Day:

We noticed that after a few days of applying that the nail became less brittle and more malleable. Similiar to a skin callus soaked in warm water. Damaged areas of the nail are easy to rub off with a finger or a tool (NailRejuv includes a scraper). Healthy areas seem to stay intact. We believe this beneficial because it allows the topical to soak and get to the root of the fungus.
